This policy explains how Splashhh Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (“SPLASHHH”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through https://splashhh.in and at our City Centre Mall, Raipur venue. We are a private limited company registered in India, with our principal address at City Centre Mall, Pandri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
1. What we collect
- Enquiry details - when you use our enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
- Analytics data - if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects a randomised identifier, pages viewed, approximate location (city level, IP-derived and not stored by us), device and browser type, and how you reached the site. See our Cookie Policy.
- Server logs - our hosting provider automatically logs IP address, timestamp and request details for security and reliability.
- CCTV footage - our premises are monitored by CCTV for safety and security. Signage is displayed on site.
We do not take card or bank details on this website. Passes and bookings are paid for at the venue.
2. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a booking or party - on the basis of your request and, where applicable, your consent.
- To operate, secure and improve the website - as a legitimate use permitted under the DPDP Act.
- To measure website usage - only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To keep the venue safe and to comply with law - including responding to lawful requests from authorities.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf - our website host, email provider and, if you consent, Google (for Analytics). These providers may store data outside India; we take reasonable steps to require appropriate safeguards.
- Authorities, regulators or advisors where we are required or permitted by law.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiry messages: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Analytics data: retained by Google for up to 14 months.
- CCTV footage: up to 30 days, unless retained for an incident.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may, in relation to data we hold about you:
- ask for a summary of the data we process and how;
- ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data;
- ask us to erase data that is no longer needed;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or are incapacitated;
- raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

7. Children
SPLASHHH is a family venue. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 18 through this website. Bookings and enquiries involving a child should be made by a parent or guardian, who consents to the limited processing described here. We do not use children’s data for tracking or targeted advertising.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
