These terms govern your use of https://splashhh.in (the “site”) and your visit to the SPLASHHH venue operated by Splashhh Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in India. By using the site or entering the venue, you agree to these terms.

1. The site is informational

Content on the site - including games listed, attractions, opening hours and prices - is provided for general information and may change without notice. It is not an offer. A booking exists only once we confirm it to you directly.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices shown on the site are indicative. Weekday and weekend rates differ and combos change seasonally. The price at the counter or in your written booking confirmation applies.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Game cards, passes and party packages are paid for at the venue. We do not collect payment through this site.
• Game-card balances are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash, but unused balance carries to your next visit.

3. Bookings, parties and cancellations

Birthday parties, group bookings and lane reservations should be arranged in advance. Unless your confirmation says otherwise:

• a deposit may be required to hold a party slot;
• rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before your slot, subject to availability;
• deposits for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the slot may be retained to cover preparation already incurred.

The specific deposit amount and cancellation window above are placeholders - set them to your real policy before publishing.

4. Conduct and safety at the venue

• Follow staff instructions and posted safety rules for bowling, VR and active-play areas at all times.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult on the floor. VR headsets are recommended for ages 9 and above.
• We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who behaves unsafely, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or damages equipment.
• You are responsible for loss or damage you cause to our equipment or premises through misuse.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care to operate the venue safely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or loss arising from failure to follow safety rules or staff instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Intellectual property

The SPLASHHH name, logo, site design, text, imagery and the 3D assets on this site are owned by Splashhh Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services (for example Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version dated above is current; continued use of the site or the venue after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
